Q. When are the letters mailed?

A. We will be taking orders until December 9, 2009 at midnight. All letters will then be processed and mailed by mid-December, in time to be delivered before Christmas. We will send you an e-mail the day your letters are mailed so you and the children can start watching for them.

Q. How do I place an order on line?

A. It is simple and easy. Simply click on the “Order A Letter” link and follow the three easy steps to customize your order, and click the “Add to cart” button. If you need to order more than one letter, click on the “Order a Letter” tab again and keep adding letters until you are finished.

Q. Can I place orders by phone?

A. No. We cannot process phone orders at this time.

Q. Do you offer a Santa letter for new babies?

A. Yes!!! A baby’s first Christmas is always very special. That is why it is our pleasure to offer a personalized letter for just that occasion! Select “Baby’s First Christmas” in step one of the order placing process to order a custom letter to commemorate your first Christmas with your new baby.

Q. What are my payment options?

A. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover credit cards.

Q. Do you charge sales tax?

A. Sales tax will be assessed for orders that are shipped in the state of Missouri. (4.225%)

Q. How do I make changes to my order?

A. Please use our contact form and send us a detailed explanation of the change. We cannot make any changes after December 10, 2008 since your letters will already be processed for mailing.

Q. Are my online transactions secure?

A. Yes. We use the latest in security technology and use the same gateways that retailers use for their transactions. You can tell when you’re in a secure area because the URL (Internet address shown on top of most browsers), to the left of the colon, changes from ‘http’ to ‘https’ – the added “s” signifies that you are going from a non-secure to a secure site. In many browsers you’ll also see a solid blue line in the upper portion of the browser’s window. Many browsers also have a lock icon in the lower right, displaying as locked or unlocked when you are are on a secure or unsecure page.

Q. How can I use KringleTalk as a fundraiser for my organization?

A. It is simple and easy! Click on the “Fundraising” tab and then select “Sign Up”. Complete the packet request form and we will contact you to help you get started. We will provide you with the resources you need to make KringleTalk a key source for your annual fundraising. It’s as simple as sharing a special link (URL) with your potential donors.

Q. Is there a minimum or maximum amount my organization can earn?

A. Nope. There are no minimums or maximums. Your organization will earn $3 for any order generated by your organization. With email marketing and your customized resources, the sky is the limit!
